As if the problems of my server going down a few weeks back weren’t bad enough, enom is now having troubles.
Enom.com is the registrar, and for some reason isn’t loading for me from my current location, but it is working for others who have tested it. This means that some of my websites, for me at least, are non responsive.
Naturally, the sites that are down are the highest traffic sites, namely the 3 Transformers websites.
So if you can’t get on any of the Transformers sites, this is why. Bugger.
My neice Hayley Acreman is in the running to be the next ITT Girl. If she wins she gets to be on the cover, and other stuff I wasn’t really listening to.
So, if ya could, head over to http://www.ittgirl.co.uk – take a look at all the lesbians on show, and cast your vote for Hayley. She’s the third one down, on the left.
Now you’re in for a real treat. This spoof was filmed way back in about 1995 for Beadle’s Hotshots (if you remember that TV show presented by Jeremy Beadle?). It was all edited it camera, but the researcher on the show, one Edgar Wright – now director of Shaun of the Dead and Hot Fuzz, said he wanted us to reshoot it so they could edit it themselves.
We did, and they ended up not using it anyway. Curses. But it was used a year later on C4’s Takeover TV, presented by Adam Buxton.
Anyhow, I’ve just found the raw footage and edited my own version of this modern day classic. Sit back, relax and enjoy the sheer comedy that is: Batman.
Just went into Tesco Express in Cardiff Bay to pick up some sugar, a Yazoo and some pancakes. Simple enough eh?
When I get to the till there’s no one there. Seems the staff can’t be arsed serving anymore due to their new ‘self service’ tills. As I’ve previously stated, I refuse to use these chav stations so ended up slinging my produce onto one of the tills and walking out.
Tesco, try – do try to actually have people serving in your stores. Is human interaction and customer service so unimportant that you just can’t be bothered anymore?
I’ve done a few TV shows for channel 5 about the A-Team, and I was even on TV on Christmas Day this year. The two shows focused on specific episodes of the A-Team, the first being the episode ‘Cowboy George’ where drugged up camp pop star Boy George appeared, and played to a bar of red necks.
The second show featured the infamous ‘cabbage firing bazooka’ which is always the weapon of choice when taking on machine gun toting bad-guys.
No, I’ve not gone all soppy. I’ve just dug out this classic from circa 1997 from my Uni days. This is me, miming very badly to the German version of Love is in the Air.
I had a tape of the Deutsch Hit Parade, what can I say?
Went on a pub crawl on Thursday night in Leeds as The Hoff. As you can see I take my Hoff very seriously, and just for the record (as many people on the night seemed unsure) that is NOT my hair.
