I recently found an old photo of me from circa 1986 and thought it would be fun to recreate it. I’ve seen a few people do this online of late and thought I’d have a go.
This did, of course, mean I needed to buy a few of the Transformers missing from my collection – namely Beachcomber and Top-Spin. No hardship, I’m sure you’ll agree.
The more observant among you will notice that my Optimus Prime of 2014 is the short smokestack version, as it’s a reissue rather than the original – but never mind.
The house is different too. In fact, the country is different. The 1986 was south Wales, and the 2014 is Cheshire.
I like it though. Bonus points if you can name every Transformer in the photo.
