When I phoned the CSA on Wednesday their incompetence left me stunned. They were refusing to speak to me because they thought I’d record the phone call and embarrass them. Well, as they’re trying to steal money from me that I simply don’t owe them, refusing to speak to me AND can’t get my address right they’ve left me with no choice.
I have to fight them on my terms, my way. Watch this video, this my friends, is just the beginning…

[..YouTube..] Yet another Moron. Firstly how do you know that the relationship breakdown was his fault? Secondly as previous posts were advised, “listen to the phone call”. Many people have no choice but to use the CSA. The vast majority are more than willing to pay any money to support their children but this needs to be a fair amount. The “system” clearly doesn’t work but for the time being we are stuck with it. What doesn’t help are the illeterate monkies that deal with the enquiries.

I’d sent them a letter before and had no response, so phoned them to find out why they’d done that without telling me.Then Ryan revealed they’d sent a letter, but to the wrong address. Well done. When you start to deal with “The System” you soon realise you are not dealt with in a fair manner. Indeed when you try and be reasonable it gets used against you as a sign of weakness.

Dont ever think something like this would never happen to you or you would deal with it in a calm manner. I spent £26k to get contact with my son . Becouse i haven’t told the csa my x’s address and he won’t even buy his kid any clothes.
In 5yrs he has seen his kid 4 times.
The csa suck the reason why i can’t tell the csa his address is becouse if he can’t pay them then the kids will see their dad suffer.

I do know that in court, you’re not allowed to record for yourself, but they are. You can request a transcript, but you have to … pay.

I have read all the letters re the CSA and I do understand why so many fathers get emotional.

NRP’s must get all the facts together, keep to the letter of the LAW, keep copies of ALL correspondence, and if still not satisfied, then bring in your MP, the national press, use up all their complaints procedure, Keep paying something if only to show some co-operation.
