All of Mr Daz’ rant casts can be heard here as he calls various insurance companies, customer service reps and even the police.

BT are fucking shit

After much titing around I phoned a new number for BT, only to be told… well, you listen to this shit. I can barely type anymore.

BT Employee cuts me off

This guy is a serious cock. He can’t be arsed with doing his job, is fucking lazy and then pretends he can’t hear me half way through and cuts me off.

Good job no one was recording him then eh?

Naturally I phoned straight back.

BT exposed

This has to be my angriest podcast to date. I phoned BT when I saw my bank statement and found I’d been charged twice for broadband, plus they’de charged me 40 quid for each account, when it should be just 21.99.

Be warned, I’m on hold for 15 minutes here and getting extremely annoyed.

The punchline is of course, even though Emily promissed to phone me back at the end, guess what? She didn’t!

Inland Revenue still demand a fine

Some time ago I received a fine from the Inland Revenue because my self assessment tax was paid late.

The reason it was paid late because the Inland Revenue, in their infinate wisdom, decided to post my completed tax return to someone else.

Anyhow, my tax has been paid and I have no intention of paying a fine for this cock up on their part. In fact, I should consider suing them for damages. I phoned them again this morning as I received yet another request for this fine, and for the interest!

Maybe now that I’ve recorded and broadcast it they might actually leap into action. We can always hope.

Podcast: Direct Line

I’ve just added two new podcasts from last week’s phonecalls to Direct Line insurance. These calls show a possible change of tact from Direct Line as they state that the letter responding to my complaint has been drafted.

First listen to my call with Ray Harper, and then the recorded message left on my phone from Neil Foster. All very exciting.

Stay tuned for the next podcasts where I’ll be revealing the response from Direct Line in full.

This shows that just because an insurance company tells you they’re doing nothing to help, and they’re going to screw you, if you complain enough and make enough fuss you can get justice.

RSA Fraud investigator phones me

Well well well. Seems my blog has reached RSA, about sodding time to be honest. If they saw the stats for this blog they’d have phoned earlier, cos I’m actually getting traffic by people searching Google for things like ‘Direct Line’ and ‘Royal Sun Alliance’.

Hey, my job is SEO after all!

Seems now that Brian McNamara wants to see the car, and says they’ll fix the thing. You can hear this podcast below. Apologies for the sound interference, I was in the car at the time.

Notice how I asked him several times to confirm he’d fix the car? Not sure if they know I record all my conversations, but when he reads this he’ll know for certain… I do.

Of course Sarah Bryant’s earlier claim that RSA would do nothing can be heard now as well below. We don’t like her, she’s not very helpful.

Naturally I don’t actually believe what Brian says, as I’ve been conned by Insurance companies before. I’ll treat him very cautiously, they’re all out to serve themselves at the end of the day, but we’ll see where this all leads.

Podcast: RSA wash hands of car

This one’s a beauty. I telephoned Neil Godfrey from Royal & Sun Alliance once again this week and I couldn’t believe what he said.

11 months after my car was stolen, and after I’d tried to get RSA to fix the damn thing by calling them direct in November, January, May and June they tell me I need to go back to the garage that the car was stolen from.

Back to square one.

Listen to this sucker and marvel at the ‘can’t be arsed attitude from Royal & Sun Alliance.

2nd Podcast online now

My podcasting is gathering pace as I post up yet another attempt to get Royal & Sun Alliance to fix my sodding car, that was stolen 11 months ago in July 2006.

You can hear this latest waste of my time as I phoned them this last Monday 18th June.

Further attempts to call them the next day will go online shortly, and these ones are so worth the wait. Trust me, you won’t believe how bad things get.
