This is a great example of creating a buzz with your Internet marketing, and one which caught my eye because naturally being a podcaster (or rantcaster a I like to call it) I was a little intrigued at the authorities keeping tabs on those who speak their mind. As it turns out this was not the FBI but a genius piece of Internet marketing that has now made the front page of Digg and caused quite a ripple.
Well done mate.
As shown by the SEO Ninjas yesterday Microsoft’s new Live Video search isn’t half bad. In fact anything that enables you to watch more than one video clip of me on a single page is genius in my book.
Check out the link and see how many times you can spot me among the clips. If you roll over them, you can watch them direct. It’s like a dream come true isn’t it?
This is one of the great battles of our time. What happens when a pimp, after smacking up one of his bitches, then takes on a bystander who happens to be a Karate expert.
Credit goes to about:blank
This is quite extraordinary, and the timing is impeccable. I’ve just received an email from Direct Line Insurance asking if I’d like to renew my ex wife’s car insurance with them.
Let me think for a second… erm, no. No thank you. It’s ironic isn’t it. They pay the wrong person for my car when it is stolen, insist they did nothing wrong and even con me into giving them my V5… then they ask if I’d like to use them for insurance on my ex-wife’s car?
Chris Moat, you run a tight ship there at Direct Line Insurance. Luckily with MrDaz.com now page 1 on google.co.uk for your name people will start to see just what happens when you insure with Direct Line.
We’ll be #1 soon Chris. Better do something.
Chris Moat is the managing director of Direct Line insurance and the person who decided I wasn’t going to be compensated when they paid out the wrong person after my car was stolen. The reason I’m writing this particular post is because Chris Moat has been one of my referring keywords of late as I’m ranking in Google for his name. I’m not ranking high enough because I haven’t optimised for it, until now.
I imagine that when this blog shows up on the first page of Google for Chris Moat it will be a little embarrassing for Direct Line because everyone will see what they have done with regards to my stolen BMW Z3. In fact, if we get #1 for Christ Moat that would be highly embarrassing for Direct Line. Let’s see what happens folks 😉
Checking my stats today I noticed that someone has visited my site from within the editor logs on Dmoz. Not sure why this, maybe they’re considering my site for inclusion? I highly doubt that mind you, I’m not the kind of site they include. By that I mean I’m not a Dmoz editor so can’t backslap anyone for a listing.
If you’re reading this Mr Dmoz editor (probably Jim Noble, as you’re using Firefox on a Mac and you’re UK based) – piss off, I don’t want to be listed in your shitty site.
You may remember I had an altercation last week with a Nissan Skyline website. I did refer to that website as the Skyline Owners Club. Well, it seems it isn’t. The Skyline Owners Club URL is: www.skyline-owners-club.com whereas the site I pissed off was the Skyline Owners Forum.
Thanks to Gordon, chairman of the Skyline Owners Club for pointing that out.
