CSA given more power

I just heard on the radio that the CSA (child support agency) are to be given more powers to name and shame non paying fathers on their website, and to take money directly out of people’s bank accounts.

Hmm, this can’t be good. You see, the CSA are the most incompetent bunch of morons you could ever have the displeasure of meeting. I received a letter from Steve Gibson at the CSA this weekend requesting information from me that he originally requested in March.

I sent this information to him in March. Not only did I send it, but they replied returning my receipts! So Steve, you’ve had my bloody information and you’ve replied you muppet.

If these idiots are given access to dip their chubby fingers into people’s bank accounts expect news of accounts being cleared out for people who don’t even have kids. They are that useless, it will happen.

hi mr daz,
after reading your on going saga with the muppets at the c.s.a, i can not believe how much alike our dealings are with these idiots are. these fools have put me in the arrears by loosing info, not returning calls, sending me out three letters in the post at once ( all with different info ) even loosing childrens info.
now they are taking 40% of my wages even though i have a family of five to support.

any advice is more than welcom.

well Mr Daz I have 24 recorded calls where the CSA have constantly told lies oh and yes its the same Judy Cass who was dealing with me so I will pass them onto you if you want

Keep going Mr Daz! we have just came out of a battle of 5 yrs with the CSA.. Lost our home through it too.. It is terrifying to see the powers they have, the control over your income and they only answer to themselves.

Keep going with it. I act for my partner (PWC) talking to the CSA and they are the most incompetent bunch of people I have ever come across. They never return calls, they don’t listen and you get a different answer for the same problem every-time you call them.

same here the csa are nuts
i have basic pay of £131 and csa have taken £153 per week i phoned them and they say if i dont have the money it will be carried forward to next pay wage ya right time to give up work my ex- has refused to let me see my son for the last 17 years and he will be 18 soon and am not even named on the birth c but she is willing to take the money
