Who’s ever received one of those Nigerian email scams where some banker for a King or wealthy land owner claims to have 12 Million US Dollars ready to deposit into your account?
We all have, I’ve had thousands.
What if however, it was REAL???

I’m off to London in a bit to attend the UK premier of Transformers with the country’s press.
I’m really looking forward to this, and will be posting pictures and reactions up at Transformers The Movie website TransformersTheMovie.com.
I think I’m gonna wet myself.
If you didn’t know there was a Transformers movie coming out this summer you’ve obviously been living under a rock for the last six months. This Friday sees the first UK showing to the press in London’s Leicester Square, and I’d completely forgotten about it.
As one of the foremost players in the Transformers community I should have had my seat sewn up months ago, but alas with all that’s been going on in my life lately it completely slipped my mind.
Still, I have a few days to try and get both myself, and my army of Transformers staff from TheTransformers.Net some cherished tickets to the big day.
I’ll keep you posted on how my efforts with Paramount UK go this week.
For the first time though; I’m actually angry with myself about this. I have so much anger to go around; it’s not usually directed my way. This time it is.
Presenting the making of documentary for the action comedy feature spoof classic ‘Cop on the Edge IX: Prelude to Justice’. This 17 minute documentary was previously only available on the double VCD special edition, but now it’s on YouTube.
“I’m listening, I just don’t giveĀ a shit!”
I was just googling my name, as I tend to do and I found a CV from an actress named Jo Lancastle who appeared in my graduation film back in… ooh, when was it… 1998. The film was called ‘All or Nothing’ and also starred Richard Nichols, who’s done quite a bit of Welsh TV since.
If you’re lucky I may upload the film someday, although it’s just too long for YouTube as they don’t allow films over 10 minutes anymore.
I’m not sure what I was more surprised at: finding the CV online or finding that she’d added my film to it. Anyway I’m glad I found it, she’s a great actress and has been in Doctor Who and Torchwood several times since.
Great work Jo!
Transformers The Movie website TransformersTheMovie.com has the trailer for the new Transformers movie from Michael Bay. This one has big frickin’ robots fighting, the full money shots and Optimus Prime.
This looks awsome. Can’t wait.
Now you’re in for a real treat. This spoof was filmed way back in about 1995 for Beadle’s Hotshots (if you remember that TV show presented by Jeremy Beadle?). It was all edited it camera, but the researcher on the show, one Edgar Wright – now director of Shaun of the Dead and Hot Fuzz, said he wanted us to reshoot it so they could edit it themselves.
We did, and they ended up not using it anyway. Curses. But it was used a year later on C4’s Takeover TV, presented by Adam Buxton.
Anyhow, I’ve just found the raw footage and edited my own version of this modern day classic. Sit back, relax and enjoy the sheer comedy that is: Batman.
I’ve done a few TV shows for channel 5 about the A-Team, and I was even on TV on Christmas Day this year. The two shows focused on specific episodes of the A-Team, the first being the episode ‘Cowboy George’ where drugged up camp pop star Boy George appeared, and played to a bar of red necks.
The second show featured the infamous ‘cabbage firing bazooka’ which is always the weapon of choice when taking on machine gun toting bad-guys.
