I’ve just found out now that £163.74 is to be deducted from my pay this week, and every week for the CSA. This is for them to steal the money from me that I don’t actually owe them.
Mortgage payment: £650 p/m
Rent: £250 p/m
Oh dear… that’s me out already!
With the CSA’s deductions that leaves me with nothing. Nothing for my car, food, bills, phone… anything.
Well done CSA. Well done indeed.

Do not feel you are alone the CSA and me have a long working relationship where I do everything I can and they do nothing to help. At the moment they admit I overpay each month but because of EDS they cannot produce a new schedule for me to show what they believe I owe. My ex wife is laughing all the way to the bank. They admit I have no arrears and have paid tens of thousands of pounds over the last few years as I recovered from a stroke and got back into work. If the CSA was on fire I would not urinate on them to put it out and that’s being polite. A figure of 12% is more than enough on anyone’s wages -
What’s wrong with these people?! After a brief separation myself and my partner got back together. For the past two years, every few months they’ll send a letter stating I owe money – we both phone and tell them I owe noting – “we’ll update the system now for you” they say. Bollocks.
Today I received a liability order. Is it worth seeking legal advice? Is this harassment? I hate them so bad!!!! Arghhhh!
