I have to say am a little concerned at ‘Sam26′ and his psychological state it makes quite disturbing reading as I am sure many will agree. Maybe a psychologist, psychotherapist could get to the bottom of your depravation.

‘Doneover’ you have no idea who or what I know so please dont under estimate me or over estimate yourself, if you think the postings/rantings on this site are constructive criticism of the subject matter and the issues involved it is quite obvious your lights are on but no-one is home.

I just want to say though that I think everyone needs to keep a cool head when posting because we sort of need to rise above the criminals who have stolen our money and who do business in such a rude and aggressive way. This means being careful what you say (e.g. linking the family with brothels) and writing messages that don’t have fucker or twat as the main vocab. I know it’s the most frustrating thing…I want to scream and punch things when I think about the situation. It’s not just that I’m now minus £300 that annoys me, it’s the fact that these people have practically commited daylight robbery and gotten away with it. But remember guys, students (the main victims of this case) are intelligent people and I think we can think of better ways of arguing our point than by swearing or throwing around accusations of prostitution. In some ways they aren’t really relevant to the issue. The issue is that these people have seemingly spent money that should have either come back to us or gone to the landlord, and seem to have no remorse whatsoever.

Anyway, that’s just my opinion. I hope people see this as a sensible suggestion and not an attack on anyone in particular because I think anyone speaking out for the cause is great. I just think it makes us look better as the real victims in all of this if people write intelligent posts that show posters like David aka J Kennedy as the idiots (and probably staff of PP) that they are.

I can’t believe that David/J Kennedy has the audacity to threaten legal action on us! Not when Providence and Mr Zaman have so many unpaid CCJs against them! As if taking our money and running isn’t enough they now want to sue us for defamation. I think not.

It is a bit like watchdog, really…. exposes people and so called businesses for what they are. The only difference being that Mr Daz is not afraid to tell it like it is, and allows this space of his as a springboard for others to do likewise.

As for the prat posting under the guise of David, your lack of legal knowledge is as obvious as your linking to the posting under J Kennedy. He whom speaks must first think. Obviously applies to everyone but you. Just like the law only appears to apply to certain individuals.

Oh, and by the way you do not know ever poster’s address, you certainly do not know mine. You cannot derive an address from a single posting unless said address has been typed out or referred to for all and sundry to see. If you know so much, go on then have a look-see deep into your crystal ball and tell me who I am and where I live. I want my full name and full address. I’ll bet a penny to a pound you could not manage to even produce my local residential area, let alone any further personal details.

In order to pursue any court action, you must first be able to provide the name and full address of the person you intend to sue. Until you can actually physically produce my name and residential address, and everyone else on here who has made a comment you happen to disagree with, there IS no case for libel, or defamation.

In addition, the allegations appear to be far from incorrect. This company has been to court on several occasions I believe. And several cases have not ruled in their favour, have they? Libel and defamation. Indeed.

It genuinely makes me laugh when people think they are more knowledgeable than they actually are and trip themselves up in a poor attempt to verify it.

Now please do me and everyone around here using their LEGAL RIGHT of free speech (whether in the written or spoken word, by the way) the intense pleasure of fucking off, right back under the rock of which you had the bare faced audacity to crawl out from.

The only sense the watchdog people has is to remove all allegations relating to my homez from their site because they realise the big sh*t people making allegations linking the companies are getting themselves into.
