However there are no recommendations here for alternatives for the landlords to use... I have a property managed by MyHomez as ParkLane and CityRed both said they would not be taking on any more managed properties! Cant be faire than that can you. I must say, on the changeover day, its a bit chaotic, very disorganised they seem to treat their new tenants like dirt. Why arent these people getting back their deposits?? Is it beacuse of damage to the property at the end of the year?? Or is it something else?? A few days ago they came to put the 'To Let' signs above our house doors for the next academic year. These clearly say My Homez on them. The person who put this sign above my door was the same person who showed me around the property from Providence Properties in the first place ... I'm sure this is a coincidence?
