Cant be faire than that can you. I must say, on the changeover day, its a bit chaotic, very disorganised they seem to treat their new tenants like dirt. Why arent these people getting back their deposits?? Is it beacuse of damage to the property at the end of the year?? Or is it something else?? A few days ago they came to put the 'To Let' signs above our house doors for the next academic year. These clearly say My Homez on them. The person who put this sign above my door was the same person who showed me around the property from Providence Properties in the first place ... I'm sure this is a coincidence? I'm definitely not letting with them next year! I’m a student letting a house with Providence Properties and I’m not feeling optimistic about getting my £300 deposit back.
