Mr Daz phones the Police again

If you remember a few weeks ago I tried to break into my house in Wales as the locks had been changed by my ex-wife’s father and he’d refused to give me the key. The police were called and it was all highly amusing. I haven’t finished editing the video yet (yes, I filmed the whole event!) but just to wet your appetite for this I’m adding the podcast now of when I phoned the Police from outside the ex-wife’s father’s house.

This one’s a right laugh, and the video that accompanies it is even better.

Notice how the police tell me the opposite of what they said the week before.

  1. Daz,

Stumbled across your blog – nice to find people who are local (I’m in the Cardiff area).

It seems daft that someone can change your locks and essentially squat in your house, yet the police wouldn’t do / cannot do anything about it!

You mention “This one’s a right laugh, and the video that accompanies it is even better.”. Is the video published on the Internet?

  2. Hey there David, just looked at your site. Nice tips on there.

Sadly the law is a grey area and anyone can enter the house if they have permission from one of the people named on the mortgage, namely my ex-wife.

Where the police made a mistake, which will be highlighted in graphic and embarrassing detail soon, is that they threatened to arrest me for breach of the piece for breaking into my own house.

The video hasn’t been published yet, still need to edit it. It will be on here soon though.
