You can use ATMS to pay in, pay bills etc, 24 hour phonebanking and 24 hour online banking. Its important we have well trained staff. We are often ther in the evenings, and dont smugly tidy up. I would rush there after work and it would have closed at some ridiculous time like 4.15pm and I would look through the locked door to see all the bank workers smugly tidying up and counting cash before they leave, pretending they couldn't see me. Or I would go in before work and they wouldn't open 'til about 9.30. Sometimes they are shut for staff training. So I just gave up and went with a different bank. Bonus was that I got £100 for doing so plus 4 months free overdraft! You seem to get rewarded for moving banks these days. I realised this months ago when I was still with LTSB.
