Home Delivery Network Complaints Department

HDNL, or YODEL as they’re now know, have been added as one of the founder companies to a new complaints website, The Complaints Department. This site has just launched, so is a bit sparse in content right now, but with listings such as Home Delivery Network it’s only a matter of time before the website is brimming with complaints from dissatisfied customers of the incompetent delivery company.

Who knows, perhaps even some of the HDNL drivers will get over there and mouth of as well? We can only hope.

Be sure to leave your opinions on HDNL over at their own page on the Complaints Department website.

Darren Jamieson, aka MrDaz, is the Technical Director and co-founder of Engage Web and has been working online in a career spanning two decades. His first website was built in 1998 and is still live today.

  1. “Be sure to leave your opinions on HDNL over at their own page on the Complaints Department website.”

Sure – but don’t expect an apology or even a response… I’m still waiting (they lost a server … yes, a SERVER).

  2. The complaintsdepartment.org website is nice idea but really it is not going to take of with that a design that bad. I was going to suggest using something like WordPress for content management until I checked and found that is what they are using. Black mark for Semper Fi Web Design…

  3. I received a through the letter box card (their ref 41018879) with the comment, “parcel left on table”……no parcel !!!!

Can i get through to them ????? NO !!!!

  4. Paid extra for next day delivery from Asda yesterday. Home Delivery Network claimed that they delivered my parcel at 7:45pm and left a card saying that it was being returned to the depot as there was no answer. Unbeknownst to them, I was on the phone to Asda complaining at exactly the same time they state they tried to deliver. They have managed to leave the reason column blank when I track the parcel, so that I couldn’t see their excuse, but Asda told me. HDNL are a bunch of cowboys. They are blatant liars and I hope to God that companies stop using them. They are bloody useless, lying little toe rags.

  5. My package was dispatched on 2nd December – it is now 15th and no sign of my parcel. This firm should not be allowed to operate. Why do Amazon still use them.

  6. Next day delivery using HDNL what a laugh. Virgin media yesterday. Home Delivery Network claimed that they delivered my parcel at 11.00 am. but actually the parcel is still in the depot at 5.00 pm at night. Unbeknownst to them, I was on the phone to Virgin complaining at exactly the same time they state they delivered. They have managed to leave the reason column blank so I couldn’t track the parcel or see their excuse, but Virgin told me that HDNL are a bunch of cowboys. They are blatant liars and I hope to God that companies would stop using these useless, lying toe rags. I’m still waiting.

im due a delivery from amazon today, ive checked and its in transit for delivery today but im guessing it will not arrive, this happened only three weeks ago ,.when it arrived was two weeks later. amazon had to replace the order and send by royal mail because you (hdnl)failed to deliver.
It baffles me why these drivers are allowed to behave like this, they really dont deserve the job. i see from other comments im not alone.
WHY DONT YOU GET YOURSELVES SORTED OR PACK UP AND LET SOMEONE ELSE THAT CAN PROVIDE A DECENT SERVICE DO IT
