Mr Daz,
wow you are so theraputic and probally do not even realise it. Because i honestly believe anyone dealing with the CSA, need therapy!!

You know my experience is i pay £20.00 a months, wow cool you think, that is low, is this person unemployed. ? Well NO. I have the joy of being the resident parent, who pays £20.00 a month to prevent the charging order on my house going onto charging order with order of sale!!!

The charging order on the house is for an amount of student overdraft, an overdraft i was forced to take out, when the non resident parent refused to pay a penny. Perhaps my first mistake, i should have stayed on state benefits!! Obviously the overdraft was smaller than the csa arrears.

So after nine years the non resident parent carries on refusing to pay, so the CSA do nothing for nine years. Mistake after mistake, failed promise after failed promise, total incompetence. They do not take driving licenses away, rubbish, non resident parent drives a twenty thousand pound car. Neither do they do anything else, and if you are self employed, the csa can do nothing whatsoever!!

So me, what do i do.

Well at least i can give up, support the children myself, pay £20.00 extra a month to keep a roof over my head, but no more stress from the csa, or threats of violence from my ex husband. No more incompetence, no more rude idiots. Yes i am free from them, and you know what, it feels so good.
