Banned BMW Ad

This is pretty cool, I can see why it was banned though. Great thing is for BMW is even though this ad was banned it still creates waves and PR for BMW around the Internet.

    [..YouTube..] I owned an E39 BMW M5 (that was unrestricted) for two and a half years. The Top Speed is 186mph without the electronic restriction. This is faster than the Lotus Carlton’s 174mph claimed. I now have an e46 M3 but in truth I preferred my M5 all around, so may change again to a new shape M5 next year, again I’ll want the restrictions lifting.

    [..YouTube..] as good as it is, but the reason why it was banned was because it was advertising something the product (in this case the m5) couldnt do and rules and regulations say that it should only advertise what the product is capable of doing. its called “trade description act”

    [..YouTube..] That was a good commercial, i really love the soundwork. I’m not seeing a “german cross”; if anything i’d imagine it’d be banned because it shows a car going over 9000 inches per second.
